Shul Rav
Rabbi Simantov Yanetz was born in Israel in 1985. After completing high school, he furthered his education at ITRI Yeshiva in Jerusalem, earning his Rabbinical degree (Semicha) from the esteemed Rosh Yeshiva of ITRI, Dayan Rabbi Shlomo Fisher. He continued his studies at Torat Moshe Kollel in Jerusalem under the guidance of the former Chief Rabbi of Israel, Rabbi Shlomo Amar, where he received an additional Rabbinical degree.
In 2012, Rabbi Yanetz relocated to New York and served as a Rabbi at Magen David Yeshiva in Brooklyn. By 2016, he earned his Semicha from Rabbi Eliyahu Ben Chaim, the Av Bet Din of Queens, and was sought out by the BJCB community to lead our shul. Over the past decade, the community has flourished under his leadership, developing numerous programs and welcoming new families.
